Cut-off draw date feature request

When you highlight a single draw in the Winning Numbers Table(or other windows), add the option to 'Right-click' and in the popup menu one of the choices would be to "Use as cut-off draw date" or "Toggle cut-off date" etc. This would have the same effect as the current cut-off date feature.
