Wow. That was close.

If I spent around $7million on Wednesday I could have won my county's jackpotted Powerball - $28million. :)
I reduced the 38,383,800 possible combinations to 4,500,000 using this software.
Was actually 3,838,380 reduced to 450,000 but multipled by 10 for each powerball number.
However I love the fun of using this software without spending much. I did think my 10 lines would have come closer to winning a minor prize though after reducing the possibilities to 15% ..... NOPE!

Oops ....just lost $7million on tonights draw ..... in my mind. lol

My pairs filtering as described in a recent thread passed.
The "Here's a thought' filters I used also worked.
Unfortunately one of the other set of filters failed.

Here's something amusing. It was a filter which only removed 6% of possible combinations for me which failed. That was 6% if it was used by itself and would have been only 6% of 17% which my other filters had reduced my combinations to. Hope that makes sense. :) It was the Match Winning Numbers filter which was set at between 2 to 10 previous instances of 4 numbers - only one set of 4 numbers in the new draw had appeared previously.

Even more amusing. I would have won our Powerball if I spent a little bit more $7million on it again but if I used the filter which removes 11% of combinations and failed for me in the previous draw I would have lost again. We had a wicked draw 2 13 15 22 23 33 - all low last digit numbers and a pair of 2s with a triple of 3s. So not the sort of thing which Gail Howard would have been expecting. :)
