EL5.12 Post install, now missing filter.

Greetings to all.
I recently upgraded to 5.12 (250309) and it installed without any problems, however, I am no longer able to locate a specific filter.
The filter is 'Progressive Last Digits'. Also when I search in the Help File, there is no reference to this filter.
I upgraded from 5.11 and the filter was available in that version. I am running Java 23.0.2 on Windows 7 Ver.6.1,amd64;
I would appreciate any advice that may be available to solve this issue.
ExpertLotto is a great program that gives me many hours of enjoyment albeit with some moments of frustration.

'Progressive Last Digits' is a plugin. Tools-> Plugins,...then in the Settings tab check mark “Experimental Plugins Updates".
