SUMMARY OF CHECKING EL5

SUMMARY OF CHECKING EL5

Postby lottoboy » Sun Aug 08, 2010 6:44 pm

1)Open more than one window of EL5 on same screen.

Stan and other members:

As you know, it’s really necessary to open more than one window of EL5 on same screen as in EL4 when we’re plying the game. But I find I can’t in EL5 what ever I click it form the Desktop or Bin and only one window of EL5 is here always. What’s the wrong with my operation about the function? Thanks.

Best regards,
lb

2) Search the Winning Number in the Package Table

Postby lottoboy » Sun Aug 08, 2010 6:53 pm

Stan and other members:

We can click the number on the Tickets Panel directly and the same number will appear on the Favorites Bar simultaneously in EL4. Then, we can check “What if these numbers came up in the next draw?” easily by clicking the button of “Search” in EL4. (see the attachment)

But why the button of What if is not working in EL5?
I have to check the “What if” by using Find Ticket from EditàFind each time. But the worst thing is the button of Find is not working for Complex Filter and all Statistical Filters in EL5!!!

According to the menu about “What If... ”, More convenient usage of What-If feature …than EL4. What’s the wrong with my operation even I did it following the Menu step by step?

Best regards,
lb

3) Check Package Winnings

Postby lottoboy » Sun Aug 08, 2010 6:58 pm

Stan and other members:

The Date Bar in the window of Check Package Winnings pops up when we click the down-arrow button . But the Bar can not go home what ever I do except highlighting a draw on the list of Date Bar or closing the window and reopening it again.(see the attachment)

Also, the list of all draws doesn’t have any changes when I have made a up-to-date for my winning numbers database.(see the attachment)

Maybe something is wrong with it. Please check it.
Thanks.

lb

4) The Font of Help Menu.

Postby lottoboy » Sun Aug 08, 2010 7:07 pm

Stan,

The font of Help Menu in EL5 is too small to read. Could you change the font as in EL4? (see the attachment) or add the function of ZOOM by which we can adjust the font by ourselves. Thanks.

Also, the list of all draws doesn’t have any changes when I have made a up-to-date for my winning numbers database.(see the attachment)

It's ok for me, but for people that have vision problems, maybe it might be a little small.

Stan,
Sorry, I'm not clear what you mean above. Where are your posts about how can open more than one windows on same screen in EL5 as in EL4? Could you give me a link? Thanks.

there's no 'what if' in version 4.x as i've implemented it in version 5

In my understanding, the button of What if in EL5 is similar to the button of Search in EL4. The both functions are to help finding Winning #s in the Package. Is it right?

'what if' does work in expert lotto 5, you just got it mixed up.

Maybe, I have misundersood the button/function of What if. If so, how can I find the winning # in the Package in EL5 after every filtering as in EL4?
In my understanding, we can set the winning # into the Tickte Panel by using Edit -->Find first and the winning # will appear on the both bars of Package Tickets and What if automatically and simutaniously. Then we can lock the #s in "What if" bar.

Thereafter, we can search the winning #s in the Package after each filtering by clicking the button of What if easily instead invoking it from Edit--Find. Is it right?
Any misunderstanding about that pls let me know. Thanks.
