Complex Filter

For some reason I'm unable to use the enable disable as they are grayed out and the remove is also grayed out. I can't make changes to any of the filters within the group either.

the filter is probably readonly. is the window header in italic?
it may happen if you open a filter which was created for a different lottery type...
