Range of Differences filter

I am trying to filter out the last draw range of diiferences between Min and Max difference. Such ranges are almost never repeated in consecutive draws.

In History --> Sums we can find the statistics of Min and Max Differenceses, e.g. Min -53 and Max 20. If we remove such range of differences with History Sum filter (the difference in x to y levels is -53 to 20) other, smaller ranges of differences , which have no -53 and no 20, will be removed additionally: e.g. -52 to 19, -40 to 20, -30 to 18 and so on. Sometimes it could be an advantage but usually it is not.

Could you implement a Range of Diffs filter which would remove only the ranges with one or more Min difference in any levels OR one or more Max difference in any levels?

are you sure this is really working?
if you remove all combinations that produce differences in the range of -53 to +20 then you must lose the jackpot ticket this way.
or am i misunderstanding something?
