Problem with WN statistics for Number Groups filter

When I build a Discrete numbers filter, the Winning Numbers Properties statistics show for them incorrectly high group count (max 7 instead of 6) and incorrectly high distribution of numbers within groups, for example 3-1-2-1-1 instead of 1-1-2-1-1. It seems to me that the bonus numbers are treated like the main numbers when statistics are calculated for discrete numbers groups.
The Bonus AS Main option in the Winning Numbers menu is not active.

No problems with the statistics for Number ranges groups.

My game is 6/45 + 2 bonus numers lotto, and I build discrete numbers groups using Tools --> Number Groups.
