Number Group-ver 4-5 diff

using my ticket file or a full package, using my customized number groups, i couldnt get ver 4 and 5 to give the same results.

can you spot what i'm missing?

in ver 4.x the first two groups are 1-4 and 5-8
in ver 5 the first two goups are 1-4 and 4-8
