Choosing a lottery based on number generator

Please comment on your preferred lotterys method of generating numbers, ie air mixing balls, paddles, random number generator, etc.

I'm learning more about lotteries and their sneaky ways of messing with the outcomes.

I've come to the conclusion that the Powerball lottery is so manipulated that it's impossible to get an accurate sampling of winning numbers. If you don't know what I'm talking about check out my recent post.

The post explains that the Powerball lottery changes the upper limits on both the main numbers and the powerball numbers every few years.

Is there a way of dealing with this manipulation?

I've started to look at games like Hot Lotto, and Daily 3 and Daily 4. Because of the relatively simple model and method used to generate winning numbers.

Any comments will be appreciated. I'm new to the forum but would very much like to become a contributing member and look forward to future discussions about how to get the most out of Expert Lotto.
