Cash flow for a lottery player is almost a ridiculous concept as we seem to be in a negative cash flow
from day 1 as a lottery player.
For those lucky ones that hit a big jackpot and manage their winnings by claiming anonymously and
living within a budget do not need to worry about "Cash Flow".
