Benefits of having a strong CRM for any lottery business

I have looked everywhere in Expert Lotto for a CRM filter but there doesn't seem to be one there or anything like it.

So instead of such a filter in EL perhaps Stan might introduce one for this forum?

There are no advertising links so it's more or less ok. Although the actual value for Expert Lotto users is close to zero.
