Re install export lotto

How do I install my copy of EP to my new win10 PC it is a registered but expired copy edition of version of 5.9 which is still all up to date.. Tried to copy all across but defaults to a unregistered version.

Just download the installer from our web, install and then activate your license key(s) again.

I think that is what I did Downloaded the software again.applied the the registered code(txt) then the latest update code(txt), and this did not work.

So what exactly did not work? Your license key was rejected? Or there was some error when the application was starting up?

There was no errors I applied my original key and then my first update key(which was out of date or expired) both were accepted and it started as unregistered and lock out of many features.I just want it back to how it was.

SOLVED I just entered the original registration without updates

I am also trying to install EL software onto a new PC running Windows 10. I've downloaded the EL software again and also Java SE 9.0.4 but when I run the EL software it says it cannot find Java software - message is "Java SE Development Kit was not found on this computer". But I have already installed it.

Any advice please.

Java SE 9 is probably too fresh. Try installing Java 8.
