Ticket File as csv

Hi Stan,

When I need to import a file containing Ticket Index Movement into the package and save it as csv; however the option Package / Save to File does not work. I tried saving the file as a Ticket File without success. Exporting to excel the same file is a lot of work because it refers to Ticket Index Movement. Is it a bug, perhaps?

Sorry not quite clear what you're trying to achieve. Are you importing tickets into the Package and the file also contains some stats properties?
