questions about Automation

Postby felix_alon » Sat Oct 21, 2017 7:43 am

Hi Stan,
I have two questions about Automation
Under Automation there is a process "Run Filters".
1)Where can I save the output ticket as csv file type
( the output of one filter process becomes the input of the next filter‘S MATCH file, E.g filter:match number in files==>match file )
2)Where can I change the output file name?
for example:
segments.filter ==> segments.csv
matchnumber.filter ==> matchnumber.csv
(merits:Don't change the input of other filters every time)

Thanks a lot.

That is not possible. For performance reasons the filters operate with the binary format. I'd have to add some extra option and extra post-processing to convert output files to CSV format.

Not sure what you mean here, the output file name is based on the input file name...

STAN,
Thanks again for your time in his busy schedule to reply to my Problem.

The above two questions are related to the output files
I envision combining the results of automated filtering with another complex filter entry.Play a bigger function
The existing problem is:
Generate a CSV file.the output file name is based on the input file name.
Delete the number in front of the output file name.
(Existing: The format of the output file name:“NUMBER” + “_” + “the output file name is based on the input file name”
Modified: “the output file name is based on the input file name”)
Because the numbers change after each filter.
The output file name is also changing.
Another complex filter input is invalid ,Can not find the file
E.g :match number in files filter==>match file(input)

I am truly grateful for all your help

So why can't you put your filters into a complex filter? If you choose 'all subfilters must pass' then one filter's output becomes other filter's input.

HI ,STAN
Thank you for your kind help
I am playing pick 5 lottery(5/11)。
I divided the lottery into two parts。Formed TWO new lotterys
The first part is PICK 2 lottery ,The second part is PICK 3 lottery ,Each part has its own filter data output
I use their filtering results as PICK 5 input.
So I will encounter the above two problems.
If you have better advice or strategy can you tell me?
If you have a more efficient method, I will consider buying it.

Thank you once again

If I added a switch to skip the accepted ticket count from the output file name, would it help?
