Digit Patterns (Positional Heading)

Hi Stan,

Is it possible at some point to move the Digit Pattern filter under the filter heading Positional? I just spend a great deal of time trying to figure out why the filter was not working and I discovered that it is a true positional filter. If my testing is valid, this would avoid a lot of confusion and If I am wrong, your logic is reversed and the filter has a problem.

I saw from a previous post that another user had the same confusion.
