Complex Filter Basic Function Improvement

This should be easy to implement. When dragging a filter or filters within the complex filter window, can you implement auto scroll when the cursor reach the top or bottom of the complex filter window when there is more room left. It's quite a struggle to move a filter up or down pass the shown items. If I need to move a filter to the top from the bottom, I have to move it in stages, which is a real pain.

Is there something I am missing?

I agree, we get the "stop symbol" when we reach the top or bottom of the filter window. I looked at the keymap and briefly played with the Move up, Move down, Move and Move Group with no success.
