Windows 10 problems

I run EL with Win 10 every time I use a file function like save package,load file etc. EL crashes and I lose all I have done.But when add draws or ruduce package and close EL normally all ids OK Trevor

The program is unusable here as it is, nothing loads or saves without EL crashes and is very annoying, what can I do you do to help me out.
using a DELL AIO,the program requirements state

Where is your Expert Lotto installed? If it is in c:\program files try installing it to some other location. MS Windows has special treatment for file management in "program files" so that might be an issue here. Also check that your lottery folders are stored separately and not in the application folder (the default location is c:\users\<your user name>\Lotteries.
Another possibility is your antivirus software that could be a bit too aggressive, try turning it off temporarily to see if it makes any difference.
