In my example, I would like to first increase the 2 on all filters (or selected filters) to 5, and then (in perhaps other selected filters) reduce the 13 to 10 or increase to 15.

that is - select all elements of the complex filter and bulk change the pass parameters

Yes, it is about min / max for group filters.

It's in today's dev build update.

The entire filter group meant only the current filter group, but not the filter / filter groups that "existed" below. So the same activity as with the http://expertlotto.com/en/forum/viewtop ... 920#p22219
If you change the filter group from ACCEPT to REJECT, then only the current filter group is changed - the filters / filter groups underneath are not changed.

I hope that can be changed / adapted without much effort.
