Positional Match Digits in File

Dear Stan,
I'd be delighted to have the following filter :
Let's define the pick4 signature of a 6/49 lotto ticket as the middle four last digits(could be any 4-subset of the 6 positions). The filter will accept a ticket if its signature comes from a pick4 ticket file (for eg. saved from a pick4 lotto in EL).
Example : ticket 23 27 28 34 38 43 has signature : 7 8 4 8
match file has to contain one line with 7848 (strictly in that order) for the ticket to be accepted.

Thanks for your reply Stan.
The idea is based on the observation that those digits behave like pick4 digits. Therefore we can do the filtering in a pick4 lottery and then use that file to reduce possibilities in 6/49. Thanks by the way for a marvelous piece of software. I've been a paying subscriber since 2014.
