Request improvement to Permutations Builder

Could you please consider to implement a improvement to Permutations Builder as is explained in the attached file?
If it can be done it would permit to filter either "horizontally" as it does now, but also "vertically". We will be just using the same matrix but for a more efective result, because would be more restrictive on the number of numbers that can pass either by line and by column.
