how to avoid Jackpot number?

On a specific lottery there are drawn 5 numbers from 45, without to put them back. After this there is drawn another number from 1 to 20, from another pool.
Which means that a full draw could be:
6, 12, 16, 23, 29 AND [12] as you can see 12 appears two times because it has been drawn from another pool the second time.
Is there any way to avoid this last number in this kind of lottery when analyzing them and when create complex filters and ALSO when backtest complex filters to avoid to analyze this last number, please ?
