Building Combined Statistics filter

Hi Stan,

Currently Combined Statistics creator allows a maximum of five (5) statistical filters.
Is it possible to increase the maximum number up to 30 or more statistical filters? By using the right amount of statistical properties in a Combined Statistics filter, users would be able to accurately reduce a full wheel down to an affordable amount of tickets. Could this feature be implemented in a future update of Expert Lotto?

Regards

Hi Stan I also think it would be a great idea if the combined statistics could utilize more than 5 statistical filters such as 30 (if a limit is needed) or an unlimited amount if a limit is not needed, for further analysis and filtering within EL.
Thanks

Hi guys,

That is a very good feature. I really love to see this feature added to Expert Lotto. But i know Stan will add it when he has some free time if it can be done.

Hello,
I have already tested a lot with Combinations filters.

However, I have given up this because the calculations take a long, long time depending on the filter.

The way the combined statistics are setup, all available combinations are listed in the analyzer, including invalid combinations(e.g. Position 1+1+1+1+1). So adding more than 5 combined statistics may generate to many combinations for EL to handle. For instance. The current 'Number Movement' in the combined statistics has options for 1 to 5, but is actually limited to only 4. This is because 5 number movements will generate to many combinations(ten's of millions). So unless the code is rewritten to allow for only valid combinations of a lotto, it may not be possible to add more.

Fortunately, there is still a way to filter/back-test for more than 5 combined statistics using a Complex Filter and specific selected draw(s). In a complex filter group with statistical filters, in each statistical filter use; Select Draws...-> Latest Range-> Latest Draws [1] to [1]. This way you can direct several filters to one specific draw at a time. The drawback is, in order to have multiple draws you must create several group filters for other draws(e.g. Latest Range...[2] to [2],...[3] to [3],...[4] to [4] etc.). It's just a workaround but at least its possible, and I have tested it without any issues.
