licence not working

Not sure if you got my previous message, but I have had to reset my computer, & on reinstalling expert lotto, it would not accept my registration licence, saying it will not work with my updated version of Expert lotto. Just wondering if you could please send me another licence that will work with my updated version of Expert Lotto.
