All Number Distance Positions request.

Example. Add the following positions in red below for a six number lotto.
1-0 <- this position can be removed as it is already covered in the Positional - Number Range filter.
2-1
3-1
4-1
5-1
6-1
3-2
4-2
5-2
6-2
4-3
5-3
6-3
5-4
6-4
6-5
etc...for other lotto's.
This is a repeat request from past topics but with a slight difference to remove the 1-0 position.
