Increase size of number table in filters.

Using Match Numbers filter in Basic filters as an example.
I used to be able to 'drag and enlarge the numbers table but don't seem be able to do it now. It's so much easier on my eyes when I can increase that table.
Has something changed to stop me being able to do it or do I need a settings change?

Edit: Just to confuse me more. My 2nd installation on another computer has a larger table although it also cannot be resized by dragging, After saying that I wonder if it used to be a popup window hence being able to drag the corner to resize it. I can't remember.
