Table for entry of custom ranges for each of the filters.

Table for entry of custom ranges for each of the filters.

Postby rol24 » Mon Mar 10, 2025 8:00 pm

Hello Stan, good day. I wanted to make the following request, which could be very useful to speed up the entry of custom ranges for each of the filters. The request refers to making a table where we can enter the values for the ranges of each of the filters (for example, those of CHART - WINNING NUMBERS), and that they are entered automatically, but that the execution continues to be manual. It is only the entry of the ranges, since doing it manually one by one takes quite a bit of time. It would be really wonderful if this could be done to facilitate the process. It could be included in what is called "automation". Thank you very much.

In a complex filter designer tab if you select the filters you want to adjust min/max options then you can right-click the filters and choose 'Min/max count'. It will do a bulk change for all selected filters.
If this option is not available for any filter then let me know and I'll fix that.

Hi Stan, it is indeed a good option to fill the custom ranges from the complex filter, the problem is that from "Add Filter -> select filter" only 1/3 of those that can be accessed from Charts are available, and those are the ones that I would like to be able to speed up filling with the custom ranges. Currently the filters in Chart Winning Numbers can only be managed from its interface. Also, if all the filters could be selected at once for the Complex Filter it would be ideal and not have to do them one by one. Thank you very much.

I may have misunderstood what you were asking for. Can you post a screen shot from Expert Lotto where you are adjusting multiple ranges?

Also, to select all items (anywhere) just press Ctrl+A. Or click the first item in the list and then shift+click the last item you want to select.

Hi Stan, these are 2 filters from Chart winning numbers, they are the best to reduce the package, my request is that these ranges can be incorporated together with the others of this type to enter the ranges more easily without having to open each one.

Selecting all with control + a, does not give the option to select them:

thank you very much for your time.

Sorry, I need a screen shot showing those filters to ensure we're discussing the same thing.

But you mean the filters from the complex filter? From there you can't access all the filters available from Charts Winning Numbers. From the complex filter you can bring filters (not all at once), and from there you can modify the ranges in a personalized way. What I wanted to know is if there was some way to implement an option to adjust the range options that are in Charts Winning Numbers, which are many and varied, in my opinion the most useful for filtering.

I see, you want to able to enter numeric values for each winning numbers chart that allows package filtering instead of using mouse to drag the range tool to the right of the chart window?

Yes Stan, being able to do that in a more fluid way, perhaps from an indexed table (like the one I put in the image of the first post).
It would make it much easier to manually enter the custom ranges for each of them.

In today's dev build update I've introduced a new type of filter - "Statistical Property Range". For any Winning Numbers chart you can use the range tool to set min/max values and then copy/paste the filter to a Complex Filter window and reuse it next time. Naturally you can add the new filter to a Complex Filter directly. Hopefully it will work for you.
(And if you open the saved complex filter in a text editor you can even change the min/max values directly).
