JDK 24

There was a problem with the latest version of Java - JDK 24. The application didn't even start when running with JDK 24 because the application was using some API that is disabled in that version of Java. That is now fixed so if you want to run Expert Lotto with the latest Java please download the installer again and install the application again.

Thanks Stan. I updated to JDK 24 and reinstalled the 5.12 DEV/Release versions and they are working.
