Building a package for a game with multiple pools.

Stan,
I need to build a package with balls drawn from 7 pools - sometimes (often!) the same number appears in more than one pool.
However, I only need any number too only appear once in any line.
Would it be possible to be able to do this? Would it be too difficult to provide?

Since playing my country's Pick 4 balls in order from 40 balls I want to use the same filters on any other game I play - that includes games which don't rely on draw order to win prizes. Unfortunately picking 6 or 7 balls from their own pool means the package gets really huge.

It's a totally selfish. Just asking really.

There's more that I wish for. lol
When building the package it would be great if filters could be applied as the package is being built.
ie. only include lines which fall within a selected sum range.
ie only include lines with x number of odd numbers or x number of low numbers. (2,3 or 4 of either)

You can use a complex filter, select to use a full wheel, add filters you need, run them and save the filtering results to a file, that's all you need...

I've just discovered I don't need any of this ...probably.
As long as I don't have the draw numbers sorted numerically I can do everything I need.
