Number group strategy?

I have around 20 number groups chosen based on some criteria, then these groups are placed in a custom reduced scheme. In time these groups proved to have a real success rate and multiple winnings. The major problem is that due to budget you can't play all the groups. I would like to use EL to help me choose what groups to chose.
What tools from EL I could chose to do this?
