But there are still two problems in the function:
1) The correct downloading can not get all Winning data (see the attach). How can I add the missing Winning Numbers in V5? By hand or others? Please let me know the operation in detail.

the same way as in version 4.x - either use menu 'winning numbers - add' to enter missing draws from keyboard or use menu 'winning numbers - import' to import the missing draws from lottery web site

2) I can not rename the Folder in my Lottery of V5 and it showed me "YOU NEED A PERMISSION FOR THE CHANGE" when I changed the name of folder from "classic lotto" to "classic lotto _ CT" for downloading Ohio classic lotto. Is it normal to V5 program? If not , how can I resolve the problem? Thanks.

I think I maybe find the problem. It's OK to rename the Folder after I closed the Package Table of lotto geme which I need to rename.
Also, I got the operation of "import' to import the missing draws from lottery web site" as in V4 following the Help with some instruction pictures in V5. Now my Function of Winning Numbers is working well for me. Thank you so much!!!

you can't. it's a bug in the lottery setup. i have to fix the lottery settings and upload the fixed lottery to our web server.
in the meantime you can ignore that option, it doesn't affect anything

The wrong setting should bother the analysis such as WNH, STATISTICS,...etc since this is a defaul setting.

which part of 'it doesn't affect anything' you didn't understand? can you give me an example where application results differ with that option on/off?

-You make the desired changes to the file 'lottery' edit with 'WordPad'
-Should match changes with the database file
-Delete the file 'winningnumbers'
-Uninstall 'Expert Lotto 5 BETA'
-You tick 'Remove directory C:\Documents and Settings\.expertlotto\5.0_beta'
-Click 'Uninstall'
-Install the new 'Expert Lotto 5 BETA'
-'Open Lottery' menu 'File'
-'Import' menu 'Winning Numbers' (for this that you must have a database file complete and updated)

btw, it's not a good practice to store your lottery folders in application's install folder. when the version 5 is released officially it will install into a different folder in 'program files'. so you'll have to manually copy your lotteries from the beta version folder...
