I do not understand why at the drawing on 13.01.2016 the filter standard deviation with 16,32 to 16,34 failed.
According to History was correct: Standard Deviation = 16.33

I'm not sure how you setup your filter but "Standard Deviation" filter calculates the standard deviation of ticket numbers, while the stats table screen shot you posted shows the standard deviation of history differences for all History levels.
