Hi Stan
I have been trying to re install version 5, but am having problems doing so. It won't install version 5 & just comes up with a fault (see enclosed Attachment). Just wondering if you could please pinpoint what the problem is & how I can repair it. Many thanks, I really apprecciate all your help.

i have never seen this error message before. try uninstalling expert lotto 5 and download and install again. make sure the installer downloaded correctly, the file size should be 8604991 bytes.

Hi Stan. I tried that, but I still get the same error message. Just wondering which link I should be using to download the installer for version 5 from ?? Many thanks for your valued help

if it still isn't working, try this zip file instead:

To cut a long story short,I found it was in fact my Antivirus software that was stopping v5 from working properly! I have now fixed the problem with the antivirus software & installed v5 using the installer. It works perfectly !! Just wondering how you import winning number results from v4 to v5 ? I tried doing an online update of winning numbers, (i.e. in v5), which worked, but it only updated to around about 6 months ago. Many thanks for your help.

click menu 'help - contents' and see 'upgrading from expert lotto version 4.x' topic under 'getting started' section
