Hi,
I found these videos on the Internet which may be of some interest.

N.B. Darrel Dolph claims to be a retired Professor of Electrical Engineering

P.S. A better method to establish the maximum separation between the best
and worst numbers drawn, would be to use walk forward testing for say 50 draws
using varying numbers of previous draws say, from 100 to 400 until the optimum
number of previous draws was established to give the maximum percentage
separation between the best and worst numbers actually drawn.

This guy Darrel Dolph looks to me like he says it all in the 1st video, don't play the lottery, sell lottery software for $80 a pop.

Daniel,

Also,
I'm not sure if you have ordered the program now? If so, could you let me know your opinions about it as below:

1) Do you think what's its advanteges of LONA ? Is it working for lotto games really?
2) Could you give a compare between EL and LONA? Thanks.

Best regards,
lottoboy

I had a DOS version of LONA about 16 years ago which was not very user friendly, didn't win very often, and eventually I gave up using it.

I got best results using summing of numbers from overdue cycles from the lottery history file.
i.e. the numbers that appeared the most when all the overdue cycles numbers were summed, were then used to
make up a play list.

The cycles were derived from the number of hits when the current draw or draws ( you can set the number of current draws to use) are compared to previous draws back to say 200 draws.

In my opinion EL5 is a much better program than LONA in every way. :D

   that answer my curiosity why lottopro 20xx use 200 draws in pick 3/4 as default results data.

Just a quick reflection on Prof Dolph's claims

Attached is a small spreadsheet for the UK Lotto (1529 draws) where I have sorted hits for the 1st 500 draws, 2nd 500 draws, 3rd 500 draws and the total draws, you will see that his claims are not strictly true. There are times that numbers that are initially in the bottom 10 end up in the top 10 over a separate period of 500 draws, only a couple of numbers stay in the top and bottom groups.

He doesn't tell the true story, he just shows a continual story, so to speak, rather than what actually happens next.
