Help with pairs

OK, I'm going crazy trying to figure out how to do this, and perhaps there is a very simple solution, hope someone can help.

I have 26 pairs of numbers. Not consecutive pairs just pairs so for example -

16,25
3,7
12,21...up to 26 pairs

Now how can can I use EL to filter with the following conditions

1. remove all lines that do not have any of these pairs
2. remove all lines that have 3 of these pairs
3. in effect keep only lines that have 1 or 2 of these pairs in them

How can I do that ? Group filters? or is there a simpler way? Would appreciate any help with this?

Looks like a match numbers filter would do it.

you can display pairs stats table, select your pairs in the table and then click the filter button.
