Could someone direct me to the last Strength plugin that worked properly. I just
recently tried to use the one I have but it appears to not work properly. Using
whole numbers (no decimals) and even a spread of +/- 1 from the actual strength
of a winning ticket it is filtering the winning ticket out of the package. Any help
would be appreciated.

Strength? Was it a ticket filter or column in the stats tables?

Stan, it the strength tciket filter using the number statistics ticket number sheet ,strength column. I have a full package and I know the winning numbers. I take each winning numbers strength and add them together go to the package using the strength filter and only,use the ticket filter(not using positions or segments) count 1min & 1max. Total strength of the 5 numbers 24.67 I plug in the min strength 23.00 and max 26.00 and filter. In the remaining package the winning number is not there.

I went through the old source code and it seems 'Strength' in version 4.x was just a slightly different calculation of 'occurrence percentage'. So in Expert Lotto 5 you can use Statistical filter with two 'Occurrence Percentage' conditions to get the same filtering results.
