5dimes is good, but they only offer pick 3/4 game
as for THELOTTER, someone recently mentioned he/she used this site to buy lotto from another state and he/she didn't have any problem.

They make money on the High ticket prices.
The ticket cost is much higher, but people can play lotteries that they normally couldn't get tickets for.

both sites are legit, and they being around for many years now. With 5dimes you can play pick 3 with payouts $900 for straight, and pick 4 payouts for straight hit is $9000. They must making good money otherwise they wouldn't be around for all these years.
