with the following filters I have found in the selection "xx latest draws" (Select) no change of the filtered tickets, whether I am
1 latest draws or
5 latest draws or
10 latest draws or
Selected.

The filters were:
Adjcent Numbers per ticket
Adjacent Numbers per position
Knights Move by ticket
Match Winning Digits
Number Differences Sum
Standard Deviation of Differences
Sums History
Ticket Index Movement

For which filters has the "latest draws" selection an effect or can I always select "1 latest draws" and I always get the right result?

Well, some filters work with just the latest draw from the draw selection so then it doesn't matter if you select 'Latest 1' or 'Latest 10' - that's how for example Ticket Index Movement filter works. Also most History filters work this way as the filter implementation automatically adds previous draws to get the required count of levels.
On the other hand some filters compare the filtered ticket with all selected past draws (until a match is found). For example Match Winning Numbers or Match Winning Digits filters.
