Hi Stan and everyone else,

I purchased the full version of Expert Lotto last year and it had been working perfectly until last month. Recently, it has stopped giving any prediction outputs. The waiting wheel which appears when you run a prediction keeps running, when it stops there are no predictions.

Can someone tell me how to resolve this issue? I have never had issues with this software before.

Did you change the prediction settings by any chance? Try reverting to the values described in the documentation.
