I need help in excel = the following is about pick4 we have 4 positions = 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, position in pairs = 1.2 1.3 1.4 2.3 2.4 3.4 = 6 positions of the twin pairs go to them = 00 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99 so we have 10 twin pairs x 6 positions = total 60 at 100%, with this I locate the twin pair logically when it is drawn ex = 1481 = position 1.4 pair = 11 another 5449 = 2.3, 44 amatrix will cross the 6 positions = 1.2 1.3 1.4 2.3 2.4 3.4 with = 00,11,22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99 each pair with 6 positions, help is to create this matrix in excel 2016
