I wish more people give this strategy a chance because this is the best and probably the only way of reducing the lotto odd down 90% or more without using any filter.

Thanks for your smart idea that translating the 5/39 to 3/39 and reducing the 575757 tickets to 9139 tickets. However, I still have two problems about your best strategy as below:

1) How can we select any combination of winning number within the original game for analyzing and filtering by using EL? And, I'm not clear for your attached image still.

2) What's the best strategy for getting all four to five columns right in Segment to zero in on the winning ticket that contain 3 winning numbers according to your experience about it? As you know, we can win the game including JP by using EL if we can get all four to five columns right in Segment for all lotto games (pick 3, 4, 5 & pick 6, 10). Isn't it?
