variable +/- values

variable +/- values

Postby alland » Sun Jul 20, 2008 5:54 am

would it be possible to be have option to change +/- values in simulation back test , as my average minus value is closer to -30 . i am trying to "tune up" my simulation file. i have had some success but think if i could change values, i will end up with more in range .

thanks

thankyou stan, i am still testing but have found some good results from using simulation back test highest occurrences for the following week, 5 + bonus in top 20 occurrences some weeks.

btw would be nice to be able to export summary results , "draw date - in range" for excell and how many numbers occurred in top x occurrences including bonuses.

and one other thing, to have numbers in ascending order next to the number and its occurrences to easily see where numbers were drawn according to their occurrences

cheers

in build 1034+ you can add the following lines to your <lottery name>.properties file to adjust back-test simulator properties:

wn.history.simulation.backtest.min_pass=7
wn.history.simulation.backtest.max_pass=10
wn.history.simulation.backtest.range_match=30

also in summary table you can press ctrl+a and ctrl+c to copy its contents to clipboard

in simulation back test , after test is completed, where it shows the numbers and occurrences for each test. would make it easier if there was a constant column from 1 to (how many in lotto) to easily see how many top occurrences were in certain range ie how many highlighted numbers in top 20 .

at the moment you have to count each line to 20 then count back how many highlighted

also thanks for above lines. can the backtest range not be set to -30/+20?

wn.history.simulation.backtest.range_match=30

also in summary table you can press ctrl+a and ctrl+c to copy its contents to clipboard

can not seem to do that for "drawdate - in range" values or "Number,+/-20 (9-11)" values, and when i export i only get details from main table.

can it be changed so that all values are exported?

thanks

alland,

open mylotto.properties with Notepad or something similar and enter these lines in at the end of the file and then save the file. But you must ensure that you do not have ExpertLotto running at the same time otherwise the new information will not be retained.

Can't comment on the veracity of the code and whether it does its function or not but it looks like you have entered it correctly.
