hi stan ,
i can not duplicate the number occurrence results in the simulation back test.
ie my +- 20 (9-11) number occurrence results differ from the number occurrences in the simulation back test with the same sim file .
can you tell me how to achieve the same results?
thanks
allan

can you email me some screen shots showing the discrepancy in results? ideally using 'expert lotto 6/49' lottery so that i can reproduce your results and check where the problem is. thanks

not sure there is a problem, just thought you may calculate the sim file a little differently , and do you use the median or average.
cheers

got your email and went through the source code.
to reproduce simulation back-test results you need to set the sum ranges as follows:
max sum = [median] + [%]/100 * 40
min sum = [median] - (40 - [%]/100 * 40)
