Anyone know why I get this error message when I use the Tag feature.

you've selected 'tag matching tickets' and in this case you must use a binary (not csv/txt file) as input. the tagging doesn't work for plain text files

I dont suppose you have a utility for this. Nothing special right. Just save the file in binsry format instead of ascii?

Understood...

I have also read what Tag does to the file. I am curious though for example Match4. Since there may be 20 other possible combinations, Tagging a number is taking into consideration number positions. For example if I had a combination like 10 12 15 24 27 32 and I had a number in the match file like 15 24 27 32. It would only match on the last 4 positions. vs a number like 15 24 27 32 34 38. Would it find both numbers?

yes, both combinations would be found. but it seems you misunderstood how the tagging mode works. when selected then at the end of the filtering you'll get a file where a tagged ticket means there was a match with exactly one package ticket. tickets without a tag had no matching ticket in the package. it's useful to find which e.g. triplets or quads are not covered in the package.
