Reverse Engineering

For a given ticket in the lottery history, is it possible to "reverse engineer" the filters combinations (and settings) that would produce that ticket (from the full package) ..?

no, but in version 5 there will be a text log file recording all important transactions (filters invoked, tickets being loaded from file, generated etc)
