I think your V5 is a great work really. But I can not use it since my ability is lower. Could you add the functions of adjusting the number of columns and number of segments as in V5 into the new version of V4.5.8?

no, it would be a vast amount of wasted work. the development of expert lotto 4.x has ended some time ago already.
