1. first make sure that you the required java runtime version installed - open command line prompt and type "java -version" (without the quotes) and you should see that the java version is 1.4 or higher.

2. you must download the installation package from our main downloads page and install it.
pls note that the beta version available in this forum is only a part of the application and you must install version 4.0.11 first!

3. depending on your operating system expert lotto will beinstalled in one of the following locations:
ms windows: c:program filesexpertlotto
linux or unix: /usr/expertlotto
mac os: /applications/expertlotto

in the installation folder you'll find a 'bin' subdirectory that contains startup scripts (linux/mac os) or the startup .exe file (ms windows)
when installing on ms windows you should also get startup shortcuts in the start menu and/or on your desktop.
