MULTI SEGMENT OPTION BUT NOT BY TXT FILE WHERE IS ?

Stan and other friends can you help me ?

I have been seen that in the option menu Filters WNH HISTORY
was a option called Segment Filter Or Multi Segment Filter.
This option have a check boxes and permit check the patterns
of segment that i want to filter, no is the option reading a
text file, it was like
{} 1-0-0
{} 2-0-0
{} 3-0-0

etc, and the lastes version dont have this ? somethimes
can explain me how i do to have this feature ?
