Help with Grouping Filters

You only need 3 to do the job as posted here.
6 ODD 0 EVEN REMOVE
0 ODD 6 EVEN REMOVE
SUM 100-200 LEAVE
Group set to At least 3 to 3 sub-filters must pass, LEAVE, Ok.
