Importing Wheels into EL

I have just upgraded to 4.5.5 and tried importing wheels from both text and csv files created by another program but I am only importing the first seven tickets instead of the whole 1,000 or so. Any ideas on how to resolve will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

well, check the format of the file you're trying to import
there's probably something broken in that file at line 8
