low-high filter

Just wondering if it would be possible to make a filter to make a selected ratio, of high numbers to low numbers per line. e.g. if a lottery had 40 numbers the low numbers would cover 1 to 20 & the high numbers would cover 21 to 40. You could then select the number of low to high numbers you would like to have on each line. Thanks

yes, it is possible to add such a filter
